- Each returned box must contain the unused contact lenses:
- At least 25 lenses for Dailies Total 1 or Precision 1 (30-pack)
- At least 5 lenses for Total30 (6-pack)
- At least 2 lenses for Total30 for Astigmatism or Total30 Multifocal (3-pack)

- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Customers who have previously purchased the product from our website are not eligible for this guarantee.
- The Money-Back Guarantee can be claimed only once per lens type. To prevent duplicate claims, we will verify customer details, including email address, phone number, and delivery address.
- Customers must complete the return form, providing details of any previously purchased lenses, for the refund request to be processed.
- Freight costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the reimbursement.
