This Money-Back Guarantee promotion is valid from May 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

Eligibility for Return

• A maximum of two (2) boxes per order are eligible for return under this policy.
• This guarantee applies to Dailies Total 1, Precision 1, and Total30 product ranges
• • Each returned box must contain the unused contact lenses:
    • At least 25 lenses for Dailies Total 1 or Precision 1 (30-pack)
    • At least 5 lenses for Total30 (6-pack)
    • At least 2 lenses for Total30 for Astigmatism or Total30 Multifocal (3-pack)
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Customers who have previously purchased the product from our website are not eligible for this guarantee.
• The Money-Back Guarantee can be claimed only once per lens type. To prevent duplicate claims, we will verify customer details, including email address, phone number, and delivery address.
• Customers must complete the return form, providing details of any previously purchased lenses, for the refund request to be processed.
• Freight costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the reimbursement.
• The Money-Back Guarantee program is administered by LensesOnline. All claims are subject to final approval at LensesOnline’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the specified eligibility criteria or if the claim is deemed to be fraudulent.
