How to return
- Submit your request using this return form within 14 days of delivery. Claims without a completed form can’t be processed.
- You can return a maximum of two boxes per order.
- Each returned box must contain at least 25 unused lenses.
Refunds
- Freight costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the reimbursement.
- All claims are subject to approval at LensesOnline’s discretion. Fraudulent or non-compliant claims may be declined.
